OK. Sorry for the delay. This seems totally related to RAM limit. It again crashes when it tries to dynamically allocate new memory and because it has reached it's limit the OS refuses and it crashes.
I suggest you lower your cache limit to 1.5GB or even 1GB. Then tell me if the problem reappears.

So even tho there's RAM left, the program fails when it tries to allocate more. I'll try with a lower setting.
p.s. I've already been running two days without major issues when set to a lower value.
