How do I only download some files from a torrent?

I don't see that option anywhere. I sometimes want to download only a few of the files, or only pieces to seed. How do I do that?

Tools > Options > Downloads > When adding a torrent > Display torrent content and some options

Also when you have already added the torrent select it and then click on the "content" at the bottom of the window. The rest is self explanatory.
