It is when I want to use the feature "Move the download folder" or something like that , no it is here, I translate "Backup path" or Download path" ?

Then the box gives only 2 choices : / and /home

So for this I kept Deluge instead, for the moment

This is only a permission issue. Make sure your folders have proper permissions and you are running qBittorrent with the right user.
IF you are using Docker or something, permissions get way more complicated. You have to define the folders in the Docker file. Without that, qBittorrent simply does not get any access to them.
