Recommended way of upgrading qbittorrent-nox

I'm currently running 4.3.9 qbittorrent-nox + libtorrent-rasterbar 1.2.17, both built from source. I'm wondering if I want to upgrade versions do I have to upgrade one by one or can I just skip to the one I want?

QBT has some dependencies with libtorrent version, but from 4.3.9 you should not be at stake.
the best place for info is maybe the PPA and the associated versions

I manualy upgrade using this builds https://github.com/userdocs/qbittorrent-nox-static
1. make backup copy of your qbittorrent-nox file
2. wget release for your architeture
3. rename and copy new file to qbittorrent-nox where was your old file.
