Malwarebytes blocks outbound website call

Hello, so I'm receiving close to a hundred (100) of the messages attached in the screenshot.

The IP and port number are different. Could someone please explain is this behavior expected and what website is qbittorrent trying to reach?

Someone, who's ip address is flagged as malware by malwarebytes is trying to connect to you to get a torrent you are seeding.

I installed MB recently to try it out and got those too. It's just blocking IPs of peers that have been blacklisted (probably for something else than torrenting - a lot of people use shared VPNs or shared servers).
I just disabled the web protection feature. Even for normal browsing, I find it those more annoying than useful. They block "suspicious things" that may or may not be malware - basically all false positives
