Can I run 1 Installed Version with 2 Portable Versions?

I am trying to run 3 versions of qBittorrent:

• A version installed on my system drive with the Network Interface set to wg-torguard. I use it for Downloads, not Seeds
• A portable version also with the Network Interface set to wg-torguard. I only use it for Seeds, not Downloads
• A 2nd portable version with the Network Interface set to Any Interface. I only use it for torrents that fail to connect if my VPN is running.

I want to run all 3 simultaneously but none of them will connect regardless of whether my VPN is running.
