qBittorrent official forums

I just updated to v4.6.0 and all my columns are messed up. I can no longer make them as small as they used to be. How can I fix this?



This is what is looked like in v4.5.5

Can anyone help? Is this expected in 4.6.0?

Looks like 4.6.0 installs QT6.4.3, which explains why this is happening. Hoping they can fix this. I rolled back and staying there until the columns are fixed.

I was hoping that 4.6.1 would fix this but nope.

Just bring back QT5!

I mean in the original post you mentioned you can't make them small.. but I can?

I tried v4.6.1, but still can't make the columns any smaller

It doesn't affect everyone but it's very annoying and I've been staying on previous version. Would be nice to know what causes it.

Yeah but I can't figure which users it affects.
Like I am on Windows 11, it's Qt6 + latest version and I can make the columns tiny.
But for some, it doesn't work.

What OS do you guys use? Where's the difference?

Are you using DPI scaling by any chance?

No. DPI scaling is 100%.
Resolution is 1920x1080

Suuuper weird.
So you move your mouse to the column, it turns into this other mouse and you just can't make it really narrow?
And you are on Qt6, 4.6.2?

I just tried QB 4.6.2 and still the same problem. Even if I install any previous QT6 version, I have the issue. The issue is QT6, not QBittorrent itself. I would love to see QT5 brought back, at least until the QT6 issue is resolved.
