c:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\qBittorrent
c:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\qBittorrent

You could also make a .bat file to ...
1) Do backup
2) Start qBittorrent
3) Put this .bat file into Task Scheduler at logon
