cannot install latest qubittorrent

I just tried to update my qbittorrent because it wasn't downloading anything and now I get errors and it will not install the update.
I says cannot write qbittorrent.exe is what it is all about it seems. 'error opening file for writing'
I have qbittorrent existing version shut down. It does not show in task manager
I have run the install prog as admin.

I just had the same thing, is there a work around or do we just ignore and continue to install?
