Problem loading Rarefilm.net for torrents

I don't know if this is the proper forum, but since I use Qbitt, I thought I would try to get help here.
I have visited rarefilm.net for several years without issue. However, since about a week ago, I get this:

"This site can’t be reached rarefilm.net’s server IP address could not be found.

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

I use Chrome (updated) and NordVPN. I have cleared all third-party cookies, cleared the browser cache, and disabled VPN, but none of those fix the problem. The same thing happens using Brave browser. No other sites result in this problem.
