5.0 WEB UI error

Windows 11 WEB UI does not work with version 5.0, unknown error. No other settings were made from 4.6.7 stable version. Reverted back and it works like before. On similar Windows PC, where WEB UI is not needed, 5.0 works fine, almost feels like the general upload has higher rates than usual.
