at some point from version 4.x to the present day, some features on the toolbar and the torrent list label disappeared!!
I tried to describe what I saw before in these positions, drawing over the application, with paint, as you can see in the drawing attached below.

example:
1 torrent001...
2 torrent002...
3 torrent003...
...
999 torrent999...
on the toolbar, there were 2 icons with up and down arrows (green circle)
through these arrows I could move the torrents position within the list, from top to bottom and from bottom to top
but now I don't see these options anymore and I've already tried to enable all the options that can be enabled to get information about torrents and I don't see the old options anymore!
Could someone help me and tell me if this feature really won't exist anymore or if it's just a configuration that I DON'T know how to do!!
