Qbittorrent Firewalled Issue with Express VPN, Prowlarr, Sonarr, and Radarr after Windows Update

I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Qbittorrent showing as ‘Firewalled’ despite my efforts to resolve it. My setup includes Qbittorrent, Express VPN, Prowlarr, Sonarr, and Radarr. Everything was working fine until a recent Windows update. Since then, I haven’t been able to get the port to open consistently.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Added port forwarding in my Netgear R7800 router.

Configured my VPN as a network interface.

Managed to get the port to show as open for about an hour the day before yesterday, but it reverted back to being firewalled.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
