Pluggins not supported

ever since I updated to qBittorrent v5.0.0.0 I no longer have any pluggins installed and when I try to re-install them, they are not supported. how do I fix this issue? I've reinstalled python and I'm still on windows 10 using the Opera browser and a VPN.
