"Set location" not working correctly

Hello,
I tend to move newly downloaded torrents to a 'Temp' folder using the 'Set location' feature so I can back them up to an external drive, and them move them back to their original location once backed up, again using the 'Set location' feature.
The problem is that, sometimes, when moving the torrents back to their original location they get stuck with a status of 'moving', and stay in the Temp folder (see attachment). There is no way to fix this - not retrying 'Set location' or restarting the application, or anything else I tried. I would say this happens about 10% of the time, so it's not a once off. It also doesn't seem to be related to the number of torrents being moved - as I'm writing this post I was only trying to move 7x torrents and it got stuck (previously I've successfully moved >30 at the same time).
Is this a known bug?
