If I had any hair left I would pull it out - What am I doing wrong

I'm using qBittorrent v4.6.4 on a Linux laptop , and I'm trying to get all my torrents that are showing '' Paused '' to move as '' Queued '' ( see screen shot ) Ive been through all the settings a million times , but still can't get the torrents showing '' Paused '' to change as '' Queued '' What am I doing wrong.

Any help , suggestions please

You just have to start them all.

If you would like to change your queue settings, go into Settings -> Bittorrent, and define the limits you'd like to use.
For example, I have 1 active downloads and infinite active+upload.
