I have a problem with Qbittorrent

Every torrent keeps saying not connected yet & I have done this went into options & enabled always announce to all trackers & I seen something else that said to deleted the folder in program data & that did not fix anything either

Can somebody please tell me what the problem is here

I still can not get anything to download I tried a different video file & it is not downloading either does anybody know what the problem is
