Ridiculously bad donwload speeds

Hello. I know this might be a frequent question, but this has been happening for around a year now, and I havent found any solution that works, as many people just say "check your speed limits", or "there arent many seeders". It makes qbittorrent nigh unusable. I used to get around 50mbps, even if the seeder count was <5. Now I get >2mbps on a extremely good day, on average it is 500 kbps even if I am the only leecher, and there are >25 seeders, 10 of which I am connected to . I do not have download or upload seed limits, what could be the cause of this, and how could I fix it? Many thanks

We do not offer help with piracy questions, but I'd recommend joining a private tracker.
If you'd like to test your speeds, run an Ubuntu ISO torrent and see the speeds there, it should max out easily.
