Pls check with a really popular torrent like this one: http://www.nyaa.se/?page=download&tid=468586
Does it happen with that one too?

I am having this same problem as of Sept. 14, 2013.

My last successful download was 3 days ago, before I finally updated from like 3.0.9 or so.

All of my torrents just stay stalled.

@bonechene

Try this popular torrent and report if it works.

I am also having the same problem as of Sept. 14, 2013.

3.0.11 has been working great since I updated to it on July 30.

It's very strange because no settings have been changed, I checked the windows firewall was disabled etc.

The 'Connection Status' icon was initially green yesterday when all torrents started to stall (incl ones in progress) but is now amber. Both of those torrents above only stall, but are just fine when tested with utorrent. Just incase I checked windows updates, none have been applied on my Win7 system since 31/08.

A few days ago I started getting stalls on openbittorrent trackers, and if I added more trackers the torrent would start, but this won't work now. I've tried reverting to 3.0.10 with no change.

Edit:
[solved] Options > Advanced > Network Interface (requires restart)

I had it set to 'Internet' (my adapter name), and it has been this way since I got this PC 9 months ago. Now after changing this value to 'Any Interface' and restart, all is back to normal. Something must have changed, and I don't know what, but at least now it's going again.

These torrents are excellent for testing purposes, too:

Change your Random Listening Port. The default port is blacklisted.

That has nothing to do with it. I have stalled problems all the time and changing incoming connection port does nothing. Either you are connectable or not. Please do not spread FUD.

@USL try my 3.1.0RC and copy the entire log here(you can ommit the .torrent related stuff). 3.1.0 has a little bit more verbose log.

Thanks for the great work sledge! I will update this thread in a day or so. By then I will have collected possible errors. So far so good though.

Things off topic I noticed so far: save path in torrent list, active time and amount uploaded. Very useful items indeed!

"Mouse over" seems broken though. E.G. hoovering peers showed country origin before.

Thank you.

It's still there. Just mouse over the country flag icon. In 3.1.0 country and ip are 2 separate columns now.

Oh, right you are! : ) Actually makes more sense this way..

BTW, still no stalled problem and I should have gotten one by now, knocks on wood.  I'll edit this post with progress tomorrow or the day after when I'm 100% positive.

Cant edit my posts. Cloudflare thinks I am a bot because they apparently don't know what Tor is.

SO, after some excessive testing the 3.1.0 version, stalled problems seems to be a thing of the past! I've had 12 torrents running at maximum upload speed and not a single fault so far. I should have had any by now, but nada! : ) I kept the settings from 3.0.11 just to be consistent. I have 2GB disk cache. Maybe I should increase the expiry interval? Anyway, great job. Thanks!

Why do you even use Tor for posting on a forum of an open-source project... ?  ::)
