I am using qbittorrent v 3.1.9.2. to my full satisfaction. However, a torrent I am trying to download reports a problem of 'no compression' every time it starts downloading. I have no idea about what that means and if anything can be done about it. I tried the download from multiple computers (running either XP or 7) and connections, but the difficulty persists.
Any idea about it? Should I try using another client? Help appreciated
A screenshot showing the error could help because I don't understand what exactly is happening.
Also you should copy your log too (view->execution log)

I would suggest that you ditch whatever it is you are trying to download, because anything that starts trying to decompress as soon as it lands on your HDD doesn't sound too promising.

Thanks for the advice. So you are saying that all torrents are compressed, and that the 'no compression' error I receive is due to the fact that this one starts trying to decompress at once?

Why don't you post a screenshot showing the problem like I asked you?

I think I solved the problem. I was trying to download a torrent containing files larger than 4 GB on a disk formatted in FAT32. Whereas some clients like Bitcomet display a full warning in these cases, Qbittorrent just crashes the torrent and reports an error of no compression.
