Cannot connect retracker.local

qBittorrent 3.2.0

Cannot connect http://retracker.local/announce at all.

But Transmission 2.84 at the same time on this computer can connect http://retracker.local/announce.

What I do wrong?

And where is retracker.local running?

My Internet-provider set-up retracker.locale and I know it's IP-address.
In "etc/hosts" I add line:
'IP-retracker.locale' retracker.local

I understand:
After I switch-on in options "Always announce to all trackers" - all udp-trackers and retracker.locale begin works.

Just as a future pointer, this bit;

In "etc/hosts" I add line:
'IP-retracker.locale' retracker.local

Should have been in the first post, as it would have saved the "DNS server" diversion, though in hindsight, I should have included the hosts file resolver in with "DNS server".
