I install qbittorent on ubuntu 11.04 but have no RSS tab or RSS tab under option

I have recently installed qbittorent and can not figure out why I can not setup RSS at all.  I am using version 2.8.4.

Hold the cursor over the qBittorrent text on the top of your screen (next to the ubuntu logo) and go to "View" and then kilck the "RSS reader"
