Hi,
as far as I know, there's is no relocate option except changing the download location to the new one, then using Force Recheck.
However, since I use my files in media management, I have to move them in specific folders (plural). Since I'd like to keep seeding the files, I can't at the moment because I can only relocate one directory for the whole torrent content instead of assigning each files path individually.
Relocate files separately.

I'm in the same situation but I don't find it difficult.
If the torrent only refer to a single file, then I first create a folder of the same name as that file and then move the torrent data file to that folder.
If the torrent refer to a folder with one or multiple data files, then they all get moved to the new location. those extra files don't bother anyone.
Maybe I misunderstood your need. do you have an example?
