Okay someone updated the version in the QNAP club to 4.1.0.99 so I upgraded my copy and it still does not display in my Firefox v60. I checked the webui in Chrome and it says that I have "qBittorrent v4.0.3 Web UI" installed even though QNAP shows the program as updated. Any assistance in resolve this would be great!
To be clear I am not sure this is a "bug" which is why I posted.

After I uninstalled and reinstalled I now have the v4.1.0 Web Interface but still no love in Firefox. Works great in Chrome and Edge.
