Using Set Location to move large numbers of files

I am moving large numbers of torrent files to different disk drives. Windows Resource Monitor shows that three files are being moved at the same time. Limited testing shows that read and write speeds are higher if only one file is moved at a time, which makes sense as the drives have less seeking to do. Is there a setting in qBittorrent to limit the number of files being moved at one time? If not, is it a feature that can be added?
