After changing ISPs, I cannot download torrents.

I just moved to a new place and fired up qB to find I can't seem to connect to anyone.
The finished ones were previously downloaded, the one at the top is the one that won't start.
It has a couple thousand Se and Le, and I have also tried a few other torrents/magnets that had tens of thousands of Se and Le.
I haven't changed any settings since it last worked, but I did make sure I had firewall exceptions and I tried randomizing the ports in qB.
I have access to my router but all the settings look default.
What else can I try?
