Keeping torrents when updating software

Hi, new here, I downloaded qbittorent a couple months ago and been using magnets links to add my torrents to the software for download, I currently have around 700 torrents left, but now I am prompted to update the software, what I would like to know is would the torrents still be there after I update qbittorent?

qBitTorrent has to be closed and not running when doing an update, but the update shouldn't cause the loss of any torrents.
qBT v4.1.3 should be coming out any day now, which by all rights should be more stable than any earlier qBT v4.x.x series -- and probably at least the equal to qBT v3.1.16, the last of the v3.x.x series.
