Can't disable UPNP in Connection tab it is greyed out

No matter if I change settings & restart from TCP to TCP/UTP.

Nothing works to ungrey that option so I can change it.

QB 4.1.3 on Windows 10 x64 it's even a brand spankin' new setup of Windows & 1 of my 1st 5 installed programs.
