Hi,

I have a VPN tunnel to another country that supports TCP without any problems. UDP packets are not tunnelled.
When I enable the anonymous mode in QBittorent and send the peer data through the tunnnel,
does the untunneled DHT publish my real IP address, so I am no longer anonymous?

You're at least partially expose. As soon as you're UDP makes a connection, the other side knows you're IP because that's how else could the other side respond.
