How to auto-resume downloads at startup? Resume only marked items?

Currently when I start qBittorrent then none of my existing torrent downloads are started automatically.

I always have to click "Resume" button in toolbar.

Is there no "auto-resume on startup" options?

Assume I want to resume only some but not all of my existing torrent downloads.
How can I achieve this?

Marking the wanted items and clicking "Resume" does not help.
All torrents are resumed regardsless of the marked lines.
