How can i create a torrent seed only,not leech with qBittorrent?

i have downloaded a torrent and it says " Failure - access denied, leeching forbidden, you are only allowed to seed"? Is this possible to make a torrent only downloadable if its only seeding.How can i do this in qBittorrent? :o
