Clean Install of Qbittorent

My qbittorrent 4.1.5 fails to load at now with WINDOWS 10. It was working last week. No unusual problems. Now, I get that task bar icon, but nothing else. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Still no joy. Task manager gives 0% CPU for qbittorent. So something is wrong. Is there a clean install script. Or will I have to manually delete all the working directories?
