Scheduled Stop/Start for Torrents?

Hi, First time poster so if this belongs elsewhere sorry.

I have very terrible internet at home, like 12mbs (on a good day) slow, so I need to prioritize my downloading. I would like to find a way to start downloading my torrents around 2am and end it right before i get home from work around 5pm so the downloading will not interfere with my normal streaming/internet usage when im actually at home. Does anyone know of any way i can accomplish this?

qBitTorrent has a scheduler, but it only allows slower speeds, not completely stopped.
Just manually stop qBitTorrent when you want to use the net for other things.
