I added the torrent, it started downloading immediately and reached max speed in few seconds. No crash. I clicked on this torrent, on other torrents, looked at their info (General, Peers...), then deleted the torrent without a problem. Win 7 Pro SP1 32-bit.
Try to reset qBittorrent to default state by deleting qbittorrent.ini in his %appdata% folder.
If this don't help try clean install of the qBittorrent - deinstall, delete the %appdata% folder, then install again. And don't forget to copy your torrent files before to do that.
But first wait for other solutions from our users.

Deleting qbittorrent.ini doesn't help. Other thing that I've noticed is that qB crashes only with torrents that reach very fast very big download speeds. The torrent mentioned above is one of them, but one can also try Libre Office as example.
These are my crash details:

Libre Office can be downloaded directly from their official site without torrent.

Obviously. I've pointed Libre Office torrent download only to see if this download crashes too for other users.
Uninstalled 2.9.7 with Revo Uninstaller and installed qB 2.8.5. The problem seems to be solved.

No problem with the Libre Office torrent, but my max download speed is only 1 MiB/s (it reached it immediately). qBittorrent 2.9.7.

In this situation, maybe it would be useful the following information: the first version of qB installed on my computer was 2.9.3. When I uninstalled the program first time, in the Revo Uninstaller window were 2 entries: one for the 2.9.3 version and the other one for the 2.9.7 (upgrade). I uninstalled both of them in the advanced mode, first the 2.9.3. For the second one (version 2.9.7) I received an error message saying that the program is missing and cannot be uninstalled. Reboot, then clean install of 2.9.7 => same issue - crash on every torrent with speed over 1 MiB/s, regardless the torrent size and also the number of seeders/peers.
Uninstalled again 2.9.7 in advanced mode, reboot, then installed version 2.8.5.
Since yesterday, i've tested around 12-15 different torrents with high speeds (including Libre Office 2 or 3 times) but 2.8.5 never crashed. The speeds reached on these various torrents were between 1.2 - 6.8 MiB/s.
I will stick with 2.8.5 until a solution/fix will be found on this matter.
