All new torrents stalled until restart

Post by steford »

Just moved from uTorrent like the look of qBittorrent so far - great web interface, clean and uncluttered.

My issue is this though. I've added torrents from the RSS interface, uploading, adding links and from watch directory. None will download - all show "stalled". If I then close qb and restart all torrents start downloading immediately as expected.

I must be doing something wrong but can't quite see what.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

I have the same problem on v2.9.7.

Have tried changing ports and i think everything is correctly set up. It seems to have something to do with udp trackers.

Yeah I have the same problem. Trackers randomly show up "Not working" when Im starting a new download and I will have to restart the program to get them work.
2.9.7 is the version I use. It's a damn shame that this good torrent client barely has any windows developers.

Yes true, can't agree more. And because of that many little things stay open to be fixed or rebuild as you can see here at the windows section. For more information you can see here: http://qbforums.shiki.hu/index.php?topic=801.0. qBittorrent is already in search for windows packager and I hope, like many other users, that we can get someone soon enough.

Oh, didn't realise there was so little development on the windows side of things. I'll have to try a different client.
