Until a few days ago the program worked fine, then I must have changed something (which I don't remember), and now only users who use Qbittorrent as a client can upload. Any suggestions?

Well, a new version was released recently, but if you check the Changelog, there is no change like that: https://www.qbittorrent.org/news.php

you can always post your logs in this topic. I'm not sure which settings will ever cause such behaviour but check
- your version (last? nothing in the bug tracker related?)
- encryption settings in your client. Try to disable it if enable

I'm not sure what else can "select" only qbt client.
