how to block entire countries (botnets)

Hi there.

Is there a (dummy friendly!) way to block a range of IPs or even entire countries like those Nigeria botnets?
I hold no Grudge against Nigerian people, but their 197.XXX.whatever botnets are well annoying.

So as i know nothing about IP filtering and blocking i would like to know if there is s simple way to do this?

All those IPs were from the same ISP, MTN-Nigeria .

Blocking the range 197.210.0.0 to 197.210.255.255 did the job.

Or even better get yourself something with IPS/IDS built in like unifi UDM-Pro
simple to block any country with a click at the gateway level
