I have several files I have downloaded. I removed them from my queue so that my other files can seed. The bigger issue is I cannot have it start seeding again without actually downloading the whole torrent again. I don't want to do that. I already have the files.
Is there a way to have a file that you already downloaded and removed from Qbit be re-added without having to download the entire torrent file again?

Start downloading the torrent again. As soon as it's started downloading hit the pause button.
Copy the files over that you already have, overwriting the newly downloaded stuff.
Right click on the torrent name and select force recheck. Open the content tab to see if the files are being found.
You'll also most likely need to download a small amount because of incomplete pieces.
