qb Trackers error - "Permission Denied"

Good afternoon qb folks,

Having issues trying to download all torrents. I kept getting a tracking error " N/A Permission Denied." This problem just started 3 days ago and I'm at a lost after trying multi solutions. I am running qb v4.3.9 and using my own proxy server.

I tried the following:
reinstalling, reinstalling with older version, turning off my proxy, only opening qb as windows admin, trying random incoming connections, checking firewalls (include router, and windows). I even tried changing the folder listed under the save path and using different torrent sites.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestion on correcting the issue is much appreciate. Thanks everyone.

UPDATE: It turns out my proxy server was dead, had to change it and that fixed that problem.
