qb Trackers error - "Permission Denied"

Good afternoon qb folks,
Having issues trying to download all torrents. I kept getting a tracking error " N/A Permission Denied." This problem just started 3 days ago and I'm![Image]()
at a lost after trying multi solutions. I am running qb v4.3.9 and using my own proxy server.
I tried the following:
reinstalling, reinstalling with older version, turning off my proxy, only opening qb as windows admin, trying random incoming connections, checking firewalls (include router, and windows). I even tried changing the folder listed under the save path and using different torrent sites.
Anyone have any thoughts or suggestion on correcting the issue is much appreciate. Thanks everyone.
