Change seed ratio settings using webui/terminal qbittorrent-nox (raspberry pi3b)

Hi!

Is there anyway to change the seed ratio settings like when using the application (gui, which i have not installed) instead of the webui? I cant seem to find the setting using the webui.
I am running Raspbian Jessie on my Raspberry Pi 3B, with the latest qbittorrent-nox.
Can i edit a config file using the terminal or something like that?

Add/edit these two lines in '~/.config/qBittorrent/qBittorrent.conf':

Bittorrent\MaxRatio=1
Bittorrent\MaxRatioAction=1

This example will remove torrents reaching '1' as share-ratio.
