Seeing blocked IPs with reason "IP filter" but IP filter is disabled

- Aren't they trying to brute-force the WebUI login? You may want to reinforce your setup somehow.
- Make sure you are always on very-latest version if you have anything exposed on the internet.

They are trying for sure, but why marking the blocked ip with Reason="IP filter"? It seems like it is related to libtorrent IP filter and not to Web UI.Peter wrote: Thu Feb 13, 2025 11:59 am - Aren't they trying to brute-force the WebUI login? You may want to reinforce your setup somehow.

I am on 5.0.3 now.
Other than using https and web authentication, what could I do?

That’s interesting! It looks like qBittorrent is blocking a lot of IPs, but without an IP filter set, it’s a bit puzzling. Maybe there’s a built-in safety feature at play? Resetting settings or checking logs might give more insight. Hope you figure it out soon—always great when things run smoothly! When I was applying for my dream university, I struggled to write a compelling personal statement that truly reflected my strengths. That’s when I found Academized where I can buy a personal statement online at https://academized.com/buy-personal-statement-online here.
