qbittorent 3.0.9 has problems with the incomplete torrents & magnet links on (windows 7 sp1) if the correct magnets links are copied to add links to torrent, the partially completed files are not detected, even if the incomplete partial files with .!qt exist, it creates another .!qt file instead leaving the pre existing file. Also need to check the files even broken /partial files without being online stall recheck first option.
Another found was in Behavior --> file association with .torrent and with magnets even checked and saved wont show the check /associate when once changed its blanked out wont save.
Still best client , never defeated, some minor adjustments required thats it.

What happens if you disable in the settings the .!qB extension? Does it work as expected? If yes, this is bug in the .!qB handling code.

I don't understand what you are saying. Could you rephrase your problem?

I don't understand what the problem is exactly, but it might be admin privileges problem in Windows. Can you post a screenshot showing the problem and/or rephrase the description?
I wouldn't think it would install without admin rights, but could be wrong, did you approve or use your admin password when you installed it?
Also, 32-bit version or 64-bit version of qbittorrent?
